It was such a great opportunity for me to join the OAC Travel Incentive in Singapore. I am so thankful to OAC for the wonderful things I experienced in the trip. All were well taken care of.

We flew via Singapore Airlines from Manila and we were welcomed and assisted by our cheerful tour guide throughout our trip.

We stayed in Mandarin Orchard Hotel. A luxurious hotel with pleasant staff and excellent service. The hotel is accessible to all points of interest in the city like shopping malls and restaurants. We indulged ourselves on the different cuisine, a blend of Malaysian, Chinese and Indian foods during our 4-day stay.

On the first day of our tour, we went around the city. Our first stop is the Marina Bay, where the Marina Bay Sands Hotel is located.  A spectacular luxurious three tower hotel connected by a skypark on top that forms a ship. The statue of Merlion can also be seen there.

Next stop was the Chocolate Factory where we found different chocolates most of which are Merlion shaped chocolates.

Then we went to Singapore Gems and Metals Co. where we found different works of art made of gems. We ended up buying gorgeous jewels and accessories at reasonable prices.

Our last stop for that day is the Night Safari. Known as the world’s first safari park for nocturnal animals.. We were not allowed to take photos of the animals because of the camera flash. The animals were not caged and only a trench and a low fence separate them from us. We took a guided tram ride throughout the safari tour with live commentary which made us better understand the animals’ temperament and way of life.

The next day, we travelled to Malaysia to visit Legoland and Hello Kitty Land.

Legoland had different rides, shows and attractions. A perfect place especially for Lego lovers. I was truly amazed in MINILAND where they made a miniature of different landmarks in Asia out of lego bricks.

Next stop was Hello Kitty Land. A very cute place for kids and kids at heart. Hello Kitty fans will surely love this place. It is a great place to take photos. We got the chance to have photos with the cute Sanrio characters. We even enjoyed the activities for kids like cookie decorating where we were given cookies with Hello Kitty faces and some paint made with chocolate and strawberry syrup. After decorating our own cookie, we ate them enjoyably. We also entered the Hello Kitty Black Wonder where we have to crack codes and find out clues in order to pass on to the next stage. It’s like an amazing race. After enjoying the attractions, we visited the Hello Kitty shop for some souvenirs before leaving the place.

The third day was the most exciting part of our trip because we went to Universal Studios. It is part of the Resorts World Sentosa. The rides were amazing and exciting. There were street performances, live shows and we met different movie characters (not real of course). I enjoyed the Transformer ride. I felt like I was part of that movie.

We also went to S.E.A. Aquarium which is very similar to Manila Ocean Park.

The tours were tiring but you can only feel the exhaustion when you get back to your hotel to sleep.

The fourth day was the last day of our stay in Singapore. We spent our free day to shop for “pasalubongs” at the Lucky Town Plaza where you can buy stuff at low prices. Then we headed back to our hotel where we were fetched by our tour guide to bring us to Changi Airport.

Overall, it was an unforgettable experience and I feel so blessed to be part of the trip.

Once again, a million thanks to OAC! May the good Lord continue to bless this company with more business and success!!!
